On the Palmstreet App:
Open the Palmstreet Mobile App:
Navigate to the Live section within the app.
Access Your Sales:
Tap on My Sales to view your recent transactions.
Download Your Orders:
Tap the icon in the top right corner with a down arrow to download your orders.
Enter your email address and click Email me to download.
Check Your Email:
Open the email you received from Palmstreet.
Download the file titled "Ready to Ship" Orders - Default Style.
On This Website:
Upload the File:
Use the file uploader to upload the downloaded file from your email.
Enter Package Details:
Fill in the package dimensions and weight for each order.
Download the Pirateship CSV:
Click Download Pirateship CSV to generate the file formatted for Pirateship.
In Pirateship:
Upload the CSV:
Go to Pirateship and select Upload a Spreadsheet.
Map the corresponding fields as prompted.
Purchase Shipping Labels:
Complete the process on Pirateship to purchase your shipping labels.
